Super-Form Formwork System Main Features

- Strong 5mm Thick Galvanised steel channel 85 * 90mm, yet still lightweight, Super-Form is a true hand-set solution for all your formwork needs.
- Whether you're working on formwork for slabs, beams, pile caps, walls, soffits, radius formwork, sheet pile capping beams or irregular shapes,, basements are also a speciality, dig down or new build, what ever your needs Super-Form delivers.

- No bolts, its joined with simple clevis pins with clips. The system requires no tools for assembly, folds flat for easy storage, and is ideal for cost-effective delivery via the palletised networks.
- Super-Form is available in four standard bracket sizes: 400mm, 700mm, 1000mm & 1800mm, with the option to combine components for heights ranging from 400mm up to 3600mm. See our gallery for configuration examples.
- The system includes four upright sizes, 400mm, 700mm, 1000mm and 1800mm, which can be joined to achieve heights of up to 3600mm.
- System also features four base sizes, 85mm, 230mm, 420mm and 800mm, 85, 230 & 420 are the common sizes. (800mm Only used on X Large Bracket), with multiple base options its designed to fit even the tightest spaces.
- With just eight core components, Super-Form offers dozens of configurations & heights to suit almost any concrete pour.
- Built in, adjustable push-pull props allow for precise alignment and post-pour adjustment.
- The system can be used independently, just add ply & pour OR use as an adjustable prop for timber formwork, or with Symons steel ply or other formwork systems.
- Super-Form works for straight and radius pours for slabs, delivering a superior finish compared to traditional panel systems. It is significantly lighter and designed as a true hand-set solution.
- Manufactured from durable 5mm-thick zinc-coated steel channel, Super-Form is corrosion-resistant and built to last, with an expected lifespan of over 25 years.
- Optional tie bars can be easily added for beams and wall pours using pre-formed holes.
- Handrails or Combi-Safe panels can also be attached for added safety on slab edge applications.
- Brackets can be secured using concrete bolts, Blind Bolts, Standard Bolts, wood screws, or road pins, depending on site requirements.
- Super-Form reduces carbon usage by up to 80%, minimises waste and timber consumption, and can cost up to 60% less per square metre compared to traditional timber formwork.
