- No bolts are required—just simple clevis pins with clips. The system requires no tools for assembly, folds flat for easy storage, and is ideal for cost-effective delivery via the palletised networks.
- Super-Form is available in three standard bracket sizes: 400mm, 700mm, and 1000mm, with the option to combine components for heights ranging from 400mm up to 2000mm. See our gallery for configuration examples.
- The system includes three upright sizes—400mm, 700mm, and 1000mm—which can be joined to achieve heights of up to 2000mm. It also features three base sizes—85mm, 230mm, and 420mm—designed to fit even the tightest spaces.
- With just six core components, Super-Form offers dozens of configurations to suit almost any concrete pour.
- Adjustable push-pull props allow for precise alignment and post-pour adjustment.
- The system can be used independently, as an adjustable prop for timber formwork, or in conjunction with Symons steel ply.
- Super-Form works for straight and radius pours for slabs, bases, walls, and sheet pile capping beams—delivering a superior finish compared to traditional panel systems. It is significantly lighter and designed as a true hand-set solution.
- Manufactured from durable 5mm-thick zinc-coated steel channel, Super-Form is corrosion-resistant and built to last, with an expected lifespan of over 25 years.
- Optional tie bars can be easily added for beams and wall pours using pre-formed holes. Handrails or Combi-Safe panels can also be attached for added safety on slab edge applications.
- Brackets can be secured using concrete bolts, wood screws, or road pins, depending on site requirements.
- Super-Form reduces carbon usage by up to 80%, minimises waste and timber consumption, and can cost up to 60% less per square metre compared to traditional timber formwork.
